Here's exactly how it works.
What Green Sunday Actually Is
Every Sunday from April 15 through June 15, the traffic you consume counts toward a 10% bonus, issued automatically after the day ends.
It’s a nice bit of symmetry: the campaign spans exactly 9 Sundays, offering a recurring 10% return that sits right alongside your 9% discount from the April GB Sale. It’s the “Double Boost” in action, two ways to save, both leaning into the 9s.
That means:
- Use 200 IPs on a Sunday → get +20 IPs back
- Use 10 GB on a Sunday → get +1 GB back
The bonus window runs from 00:00 to 23:59 GMT+0 each Sunday. Your reward lands in your account within 24 hours – so by Monday, you’re already set up for the week ahead.
Where Your Bonus Goes
IP bonuses and GB bonuses are handled differently, and it’s worth knowing the distinction before your first Sunday rolls around.
IP bonus – permanent, no expiry. The extra IPs are added directly to your regular IP balance, exactly like a standard top-up. They work the same way, with no special restrictions or expiration dates.
GB bonus – issued as a separate package called Green GB. This keeps your bonus bandwidth distinct from your paid balance, with its own usage period. Green GB packages are valid until July 15, 2026, giving you several weeks after the campaign ends to put them to work. Aside from that date, they behave like any regular GB plan.
One thing to note if you’re running sub-accounts: all bonuses – whether earned through a sub-account or user-pass setup – are credited back to the main account. The usage counts; the reward goes to the top level.
Weekly Bonus Caps
To keep the system stable and fair for everyone, there are per-user limits on how much bonus can be issued each Sunday:
- IP-based plans: up to 1,000 IPs per person per week
- GB-based plans: up to 100 GB per person per week
If your usage on a given Sunday would generate a reward above those thresholds, the bonus is capped at the maximum. Everything below the cap is returned in full.
Why Sundays Make Sense for High-Volume Work

A few practical approaches:
Batch your weekly data pulls on Sundays. If you’re already running weekly collection jobs, move them to Sunday and let the bonus offset your next week’s usage.
Schedule high-concurrency tasks during Sunday windows. Tasks that burn through IPs or GB quickly – large crawls, multi-region SERP checks, bulk verification runs – are exactly where the 10% return has the most impact in absolute terms.
Let the bonus stack. IPs you earn on one Sunday are part of your balance the following Sunday. If you use those bonus IPs on the next Sunday, they contribute to that week’s calculation too.
